Forest Bathing

Forest bathing is inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku or “taking in the forest atmosphere.” Also known as forest therapy, it is where mindfulness meets nature connection. As a growing global wellness movement, backed by nearly 40 years of scientific research, this practice also serves as a pathway of reconnection to our Earth, restoring our relationship with the natural world for the well-being of all. We are nature after all.

This guided immersive experience fosters a reconnection with oneself and nature through a gentle mindful movement sequence, a sensory awakening meditation, and a slow-paced stroll with opportunities to connect with nature along the way. The experience concludes with tea together.
